Description of the conference and meeting
The final conference and project meeting were hosted at La Lleldiría, a rural enterprise specialising in fermentation products from biomass residues. The site was chosen as a model of circular economy and territorial integration in the Pasiego valleys. Here you can see the agenda of the day. The agenda combined scientific presentations, social initiatives, artistic contributions, and collaborative workshops that reflected the CELISE philosophy.
